Lunges
Lunges are designed to strengthen and shape the legs.
Even though it can seem dreadful to do lunges, they can build strength in the legs. Anyone who is stepping up or climbing can benefit from this exercise. It can also give you an All Around Fitness Experience. Plus, it is easy to do.
How Do You Do Lunges
- Stand arrect with shoulder with apart.
- With one foot (you can lead with any foot) step forward, step and lung your body forward until your knee is bent and thigh is parallel to the ground.
- Hold for a second.
- With the other foot behind you, place that foot forward while lunging until your knee is bent and thigh is parallel to the groud.
- Repeat until you have completed the amount of sets you want or until you are tired. Try not to overdo this exercise until you know how your body handles the balance.
If you are heavy or have done little to no workouts in your life, start with only a few until you see how your body reacts. Then you can add it to your daily routine.
