DOT Transportation is a well-known grocery transport company that boasts a worth upwards of 3-Billion dollars. They are one of the largest privately owned companies working in the United States with a terminal also in Canada.

They don’t offer a direct -FREE CDL TRAINING- but they do have a full tuition reimbursement program for those who qualify to getting into the company.

We highly recommend that if you are interested in this company that you see if you qualify or will be selected for hire after completing a selected school.

DOT Transportation made the list because it is a very secure company and their benefits package is comparable to none. However, they are very picky on who they hire. If you have no background issues, this could be the company for you.

What to expect?

Dot Transportation or “DTI” is a hands-on grocery distributor. You can expect to get plenty of exercise with them. Most drivers unload the trailers by hand at their customers…but with a well payable package. It takes close to 9-months to get the speed, endurance, and consistency required to be completely efficient in the job at hand.
