Smoked eggs at 180° for about 45 min, then cooled for about an hour and add your filling.

Edit: I actually put them in an oven for 30 min in a muffin pan at 350°. Ice/water bath till they were cool and peeled them. Then smoked for 45 min without the filling. Hope this clears up everything.

Next time I will smoke them…
