Boiled Egg Diet

One thing you can sure of is that boiled eggs are an easy commodity to carry on the road. It doesn’t matter if you make your own, buy them in a Truck Stop, or you simply make them in the truck with one of those easy “egg boiler” machines you see below. It’s easy to put into a cooler and carry around.

If you decide to cook in a truck, keep in mind you might have to stop at a Walmart or Aldie’s to pick up another dozen or two…

just make sure you have a cooler which can sustain the temperature for the eggs…

Lose 20 Pounds in Two Weeks – Repeat

If you can’t stick to the routine provided above, try to stick with vegetables…or just more vegetables. If you are craving sugar, take it in fruit form. It might not be a perfect diet, but it will jump start you in the right direction…if you can handle it…lol

Frozen packs of vegetables are usually precooked and easy to store in your cooler. However, if you can’t stick with something for two weeks,

STOP,

WHINING and BITCHING!!!
