  • ¼ Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Boiled Egg
  • 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
  • ¼ Medium Green Bell Pepper
  • ¼ Cup White Beans
  • 2 Leaf Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Splash Salt and Black Pepper

Instructions

Bowl

  • Add ¼ Medium Avocado
  • Add 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Add 1 Hard Boiled Egg, Chopped

Mix

  • Mix Well

Cutting Board

  • Add 1 Wheat Tortilla
  • Add your Egg and Avocado Paste onto Tortilla
  • Then Spread it out on tortilla
  • Add ¼ Green Bell Pepper
  • Add ¼ Cup White Beans
  • Add 2 Leaves of Romaine Lettuce
  • Add Splash of Salt and Black Pepper

Wrap Tortilla

  • Wrap your Tortilla
  • and again…
  • Until completely wrapped

Cut

  • Cut your Wrap
  • Enjoy
