Type of Meat
Flank steak, rump steak, or skirt steak are the best kinds of beef for fajitas. I chose to use flank steak because it does well with marinades and is typically a low-cost option. Beef Fajitas Seasoning. 3lbs Meat.
1 Pack Meat 3lbs
Cut your steak into thin strips.
Put meat into Pan/Stir-fry on medium heat until they start to cook.
Put in your Veggies
On a cutting board, cut down your Onions, Green Bell Pepper, and Yellow Bell Pepper. Put them into the Pan when the meat is half way cooked.
2 Units Onion, 2 Units Green Bell Pepper, 2 Units Yellow Bell Pepper
Any Seasoning?
Make sure you add seasoning. Then stir until everything is blended.
Turn off fire once the vegetables looked cooked down and looks aesthetically sound. Then wait 15 minutes to let it cool. Longer if you plan to put in refrigerator.
Optional
Get saran wrap and place it on the counter. Make your burrito at home for easy carry.
Wannabe Pro Tip:
I Put mine in a bulk container. Then I bring my tortillas and cheese with me. I also bring taco bell sauce from time to time.
