Ingredients
- 1 Small Green Onion
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
- 1 Can Tuna, 5.oz
- 1 oz Whole Wheat BreadCrumbs
- 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg
- 1 Splash Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- 1 oz Spinach
- 3 Red Grape Tomatoes
Instructions
Bowl
- Add 1 Small Green Onion

- Add 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill

- Add 5.oz Can Tuna

- Add 1.oz Whole Wheat BreadCrumbs

- Add 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

- Add 1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise

- Add 1 Tsp Lemon Juice

- Add 1 Egg, Mixed

- Add Splash Salt and Black Pepper

Mix Well
- Mix Well

Patty
- Patty your Tuna into Tuna Patties

- Add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- Add 3 Patties to Pan

- After a Few Minutes, Flip them Over

- Waite a Few More Minutes, then Sear The sides…All the way Around.

Container
- Add 1.oz Spinach

- Add 3 Grape Tomatoes

- Enjoy
