  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 1 Can Tuna, 5.oz
  • 1 oz Whole Wheat BreadCrumbs
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Splash Salt and Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 oz Spinach
  • 3 Red Grape Tomatoes

Instructions

Bowl

  • Add 1 Small Green Onion
  • Add 1 Tbsp Fresh Dill
  • Add 5.oz Can Tuna
  • Add 1.oz Whole Wheat BreadCrumbs
  • Add 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • Add 1 Tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise
  • Add 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • Add 1 Egg, Mixed
  • Add Splash Salt and Black Pepper

Mix Well

  • Mix Well

Patty

  • Patty your Tuna into Tuna Patties
  • Add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • Add 3 Patties to Pan
  • After a Few Minutes, Flip them Over
  • Waite a Few More Minutes, then Sear The sides…All the way Around.

Container

  • Add 1.oz Spinach
  • Add 3 Grape Tomatoes
  • Enjoy
