Baked Broccoli Tots is a leaner version of Tater Tots. It is baked, not fried, and is loaded with nutrients necessary to keep your digestive track regular.*you can pack 40 of these guys in a container that is sure to keep it fresh.
Baked Broccoli Tots
Ingredients
- 6 oz Broccoli Florets
- 2 Tbsp Yellow Onion. Chopped
- 1 oz Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Full Egg
- 1 Tbsp Parsley
- ⅓ Cup Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
Instructions
Pot of Hot Water
- Add 6.oz Broccoli Florets

- Boil with lid for a few minutes

Chop
- Chop up Broccoli

- Chop up Broccoli Florets well and Add to Bowl

- Add 2 Tbsp Yellow Onion, Chopped

- Add 1.oz Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

- Add 1 Full Egg

- Add 1 Tbsp Parsley

- Add ⅓ Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs

- Mix Bowl Well

Mix Bowl Well
- Take a spoonful of Broccoli batter and shape it into a tater tot

- Add to Baking Sheet

Bake
- Bake 400 Degrees for 20-24 Minutes

- Done

- Enjoy
