Ingredients

  • 6 oz Broccoli Florets
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Onion. Chopped
  • 1 oz Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 Full Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • Cup Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs

Instructions

Pot of Hot Water

  • Add 6.oz Broccoli Florets
  • Boil with lid for a few minutes

Chop

  • Chop up Broccoli
  • Chop up Broccoli Florets well and Add to Bowl
  • Add 2 Tbsp Yellow Onion, Chopped
  • Add 1.oz Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • Add 1 Full Egg
  • Add 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • Add ⅓ Whole Wheat Breadcrumbs
  • Mix Bowl Well

Mix Bowl Well

  • Take a spoonful of Broccoli batter and shape it into a tater tot
  • Add to Baking Sheet

Bake

  • Bake 400 Degrees for 20-24 Minutes
  • Done

  • Enjoy
