Ingredients

  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • ½ Medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 6oz Chicken Breast, Grounded
  • ¼ Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Pinch Salt and Black Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce….or Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 Buns

Instructions

  • Chop up 1 Clove of Garlic

Pan

  • Add 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Add 1 Clove of Garlic, Chopped

Stir

  • Stir until Chopped Garlic is coated with Olive Oil

Cutting Board

  • Cut ½ Medium Red Bell Pepper

Stir

  • Add Red Bell Pepper to Pan
  • Add 6oz Chicken Breast, Ground

Stir

  • Stir Well
  • Add ¼ Tsp Oregano
  • Add Pinch of Salt and Black Pepper

Stir

  • Stir Well
  • Add 2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce and Sriracha

Stir

  • Stir well

Cutting Board

  • Prepare your buns
  • Add 1 Cup of Meat onto Bun.
