Ingredients

- 1 Splash Salt and Black Pepper
- 2 Slices Toast Wheat Bread
- 4 Oz Sardines, Canned
- 2 Tbsp Chives
Instructions
Cut
- Cut ½ Medium Red Bell Pepper

- …and cut into slices

Add to Sheet Pan
- Add 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

- Add Splash of Salt and Black Pepper

Roast
- Roast 350 for 15-20 Minutes

Get Slices of Toast
- Get 2 Slices of Toast

- Add your Red Pepper

- Add 4.oz Canned Sardines

- Add 2 Tbsp Chives on top

- Enjoy
