Coffee Protein Bar
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Almonds
- ½ Cup Coconut Flour
- ⅔ Cup Protein Powder …of Choice
- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ¼ Cup Coffee
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
Instructions
Add ½ Cup Almonds
- Add ½ Cup Almonds to Blender

- Blend until you get Almond Flour

Get Clean Bowl
- Add ½ Cup Almond Flour

- Add ½ Cup Coconut Flour

- Add ⅔ Protein Powder

- Add 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Mix Well
Get New Bowl
- Add ¼ Cup Brewed Coffee

- Add 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

Mix Well
- Mix Well

Pour First Bowl into Second Bowl
- Mix your first bowl with your second bowl until it is mixed well.

10.5 x 6 Pan
- Pour your mixed batch into a 10.5 x 6 Pan

Freezer 1 Hour
- Make sure it is nice and smooth all the way around pan.

Take out of Freezer

- Cut your mix into bars

- Enjoy
