Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Almonds
  • ½ Cup Coconut Flour
  • Cup Protein Powder …of Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • ¼ Cup Coffee
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

Instructions

Add ½ Cup Almonds

  • Add ½ Cup Almonds to Blender
  • Blend until you get Almond Flour

Get Clean Bowl

  • Add ½ Cup Almond Flour
  • Add ½ Cup Coconut Flour
  • Add ⅔ Protein Powder
  • Add 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Mix Well

    Get New Bowl

    • Add ¼ Cup Brewed Coffee
    • Add 2 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

    Mix Well

    • Mix Well

    Pour First Bowl into Second Bowl

    • Mix your first bowl with your second bowl until it is mixed well.

    10.5 x 6 Pan

    • Pour your mixed batch into a 10.5 x 6 Pan

    Freezer 1 Hour

    • Make sure it is nice and smooth all the way around pan.

    Take out of Freezer

    • Cut your mix into bars
    • Enjoy
    • 90 Calories
