Ingredients
- ¾ Cup Almond Meal
- ¼ Cup Ground Flax seeds
- 3 Scoops Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Tbsp Low Fat Milk
- 1 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
Instructions
Get Bowl
- Add ¾ Cup Almond Meal
- Add ¼ Cup Ground Flax Seed
- Add 3 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- Mix until nice and blended
Mix Well
- Add 2 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
- Add 2 Tbsp Chia Seed
Mix Well Again
Get New Bowl
- Add 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- Add 2 Tbsp Honey
Mix Well
- Mix until completely blended
Combine First Bowl Into Second Bowl
- Poor your first bowl into your second bowl
- Add 4 Tbsp Low Fat Milk
Mix Well
- Mix until you get a batch together
Cutting Board
- Poor your batter onto the cutting board
- Roll out your batter until nice and even
Add On Top
- Add 1 Tbsp of Shredded Coconut on top of batter
- …until top is covered
Cut Into Pieces
- Cut your Protein Bars into strips
- Enjoy
