Hammer Curls is an isolated movement which works the Bracci muscle.
This is one of the best ways to be able to tone up your muscles or even add some size to them.
Hammer Curls is a great exercise to adopt and put into a great routine.
How To Do Hammer Curls
- Take your Rugged Trucker Bands and put one foot in the middle of the bands. (If your short you can use both your feet.)
- With your arms at your side and bands in hand, bend your arms…bringing them up until they are under your chin. (Make sure not to twist your wrist. It is supposed to be in a position as if you were about to…Hammer!)
- Hold for a second, then with tension bring them back to starting position.
For Best Results
Strength Training: 3 Sets X 10-12 Reps
Muscle Building: 4-5 Sets X 8-10 Reps
If you are looking for a Cardio workout, increase the Reps to 20-30 range.
