Smoked Salmon Sashimi and Avocado

This healthy snack can only last a couple days, longer with a fridge. The Avocado will oxidize but can still eat. Always check your food to make sure it is still consumable. This is typically for the early part of your first week.

  • 1 Cutting Board Unless your remodeling your kitchen
  • 1 Knife Doesn't need to be sharp to make this recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack Smoked Salmon you get what you pay for…
  • 2 Avocados get them from Mexico, they taste better:)

Instructions

  • Put the Smoked Salmon on cutting board. Cut into cubes or strips.
  • Thin strips keep the flavor bold and consistency smooth.

  • Cut your Avocado into cubes.
  • Put them in a container to take on road.

Notes

(Avocados oxidize quickly. Either eat it in the first few days or cut them in the truck. Keep them in cooler until ready to use)
