This healthy snack can only last a couple days, longer with a fridge. The Avocado will oxidize but can still eat. Always check your food to make sure it is still consumable. This is typically for the early part of your first week.
THINGS YOU NEED:
- Smoked Salmon
- Avocado
- Cutting Board (optional, depends how you like your counter tops.)
STEP 1:
Put the Smoked Salmon on cutting board. Cut into cubes or strips. Thin strips keep the flavor bold and consistency smooth.

Cut your Avocado into cubes.
