Arnold Press

Arnold Press is a great shoulder exercise. It targets all three heads of the Deltoid (Muscle)

As you may have figured out, Arnold Schwartzenegger actually coined this press mostly beause he believed it would make his shoulders look bigger, rounder, and more aesthetically sound.

Apparently it worked!!!

How To Do Arnold Press

  • Stand erect and shoulder with apart. Take the middle of the band and place one foot inside. (Shorter people can use two feet. If you are tall, you can sit down for this exercise.)
  • With your bands in hand and wrists turned toward you (fingernails facing toward you), Press your arms over your head, twisting your wrists until your fingernails are facing in front of you overhead).
  • Hold for a second
  • Slowly bringing your arms down with tension, bring it to starting position.
